Q. Do you sell, rent or erect scaffolding?

A. No, we do not sell scaffold anymore, and we have never rented or erected scaffolding.

 

Q. Do you repair customer owned equipment?

A. Yes, we repair customer machines. Call our service dept. at 248-437-1783 during business hours. We do not offer 24 hour service for customer equipment.

For repair on Sky-Reach equipment we offer 24 hour service call us anytime if after hours the answering machine will direct you to the mechanic on duty. Please do not call your sales representative.

 

Q. Why are there fuel charges on my invoice?

A. If you have rented a fuel powered unit, we deliver it to your job full of fuel. It is your responsibility to return it to us full of fuel. If we have to re-fuel the unit, we charge $5.95 a gallon.

 

Q. When will you pick up the unit?

A. We only pick up your rented equipment when you call the OFFICE only and let us know you are done with the unit. You will be issued a confirmation number for the pick up. Please do not call your sales representative as they do not have access to the numbers.

 

Q. I have a billing issue, who should I contact?

A. For billing issues, please call the office at 248-473-1783 during regular business hours and ask for Sherry or Doyle. Please do not call your sales representative. They do not have access to your invoices, and billing discrepancies only go through Sherry and Doyle.

 

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept payment by cash, checks or credit cards, and we also will open a credit account with qualified customers. Our terms are net 30, 2%/10. To open a charge account we will need a completely filled out Credit Application, and we are also a member of Dunn & Bradstreet Credit Reporting.
